From Narita Airport :

Tickets can be purchased before boarding at the Keisei Airport Bus Counter at Narita Airport Terminal 1, 2 and at the Travel Support GPA Service Counter at Narita Airport Terminal 3. You can also get tickets online

It costs 2,200 yen for a one-way ticket. It takes approximately 70 minutes to Tsukuba (depending on traffic conditions). Please get off the bus at "Tsukuba Center". The conference hall is within 20 minutes walk from there.
(2) Railways
Since the limousine bus service is not so frequent, the use of railways to Tsukuba would be another choice. Please refer to the

From Haneda Airport :

Tickets can be purchased before boarding at the Keihin Kyuko Bus Ticket Sales Counter or vending machine at Haneda Airport International Passenger Terminal. They pick up passengers at Bus Stop No. 6. The timetable of the limousine service is as follows.

It costs 1,850 yen for a one-way ticket, and it takes approximately 120 minutes to Tsukuba (depending on traffic conditions). Please get off the bus at "Tsukuba Center"(final destination). The conference hall is within 20 minutes walk from there.
