Important Notes (Contributed Papers)
· We accept contributed papers given by oral presentations only. No poster session will be held.
· Student talks will be scheduled on the first day, Mar. 9.
· All the presentations have to be prepared on a personal computer (PC) in order to project them on the screen. Please use your own PC (windows/macintosh/any other platoform) for the presentation.
Registration for Oral Presentations
Deadline: Jan. 31, 2020
· All the persons who intend to give a presentation are required to register your paper online in advance via the registration system below on this page. (The system will open on Jan. 6, 2020.)
· You can select the amount of time for your presentation. (20 or 10 min.)
20 min. (Talk 15 min. + Discussion 5 min.)
10 min. (Talk 7 min. + Discussion 3 min.)
· All the persons who have registered a contributed paper must send the abstract of the paper until Feb. 7, 2020 via the on-line upload system. (The registration ID & the password issued on the registration will be required.)
· We also request all the speakers to complete Registration for Participants.
· All talks given by students are nominated for Student Award .
