Important Notes (Contributed Papers)
· We accept contributed papers given by oral presentations. No poster session will be held.
· All the presentations have to be prepared on a personal computer (PC) in order to project them on the screen. Please use your own PC (windows/macintosh/any other platoform) for the presentation.
Registration for Oral Presentations
Deadline: 7 Nov. 2025
14 Nov. 2025 [extended]
· All the persons who intend to give a presentation are required to register your paper online in advance via Google Forms linked below on this page.
· You can select the amount of time for your presentation. (20 or 10 min.)
20 min. (Talk 15 min. + Discussion 5 min.)
10 min. (Talk 7 min. + Discussion 3 min.)
· All the persons who have registered a contributed paper must send the abstract of the paper until 14 Nov. 2025. Plaese refer to "Abstract Submission" page for sending your abstract.
· We also request all the speakers to complete Registration for Participants.
