· All the persons who have registered a contributed paper are required to upload the abstract of your paper online via Google Forms linked below on this page.

· The file name should contain the speaker's full name.
   (e.g. "Yoshihiro_Sumiyoshi_1.pdf" etc.)

· Prepare your abstract according to the following template,
MS Word ver. PDF ver.

· You can use color figures in your abstract.

· Please convert your abstract file into a pdf format. Embed all fonts when you create a pdf file. The size of a pdf file to be uploaded MUST be less than 10MB.

· When your pdf file is ready for submission, proceed to "Upload Your Abstract". You can re-upload a modified version of your abstract. We accept the re-submission of your modified abstract until the deadline notified above (when you re-upload the abstract file, please notify it on the comment field).
